@MartinSLewis Your survey is fab, but, it only referred to electricity, which works well. The gas meter on the other hand is supposed to be smart but is as dumb as a box of frogs 😂

Some getting angry about the system. I've been plain that while I don't oppose means testing a) the income thresholds too low b) linking it to a critically underclaimed benefit is flawed. Yet today let's focus on helping ensure as many vulnerable elderly people as poss who are missing out, claim.
