🇭🇺👀 Orban is massively buying votes in Hungary's poorest regions.
This is revealed in a large-scale investigation, "The Price of a Vote," jointly conducted by six independent Hungarian projects.
Party representatives are traveling to villages and offering local residents $150-$170 per vote.
Local mayors are promising firewood, medicine, part-time jobs, and transportation to the polls for the "right" vote, and threatening those who refuse.
The campaign is reaching 600,000 voters (approximately 10% of the entire Hungarian electorate).
Journalists collected info from 60 people from 14 different communities, including ordinary citizens, officials, and security forces.
