@j3lqingt0n @2025Blog This might be true, but isn't relevant. The margins of error on calorie measurements are fairly high (for good reasons) and the body can do quite a bit of adjusting of not only energy expenditure but its efficiency as well.
Those margins are more than enough to cause weight gain.

People forget that these kids all ate diets that were loaded with processed foods and seed oils and grew up in homes saturated in cigarette smoke because that's just how the middle class in the 1960s did it. It's literally just calories in/calories out and not being sedentary.
