@Delta Having a hard time getting a hold of anyone online or on the phone (understandable). Are basic economy tickets eligible to be cancelled as part of the new COVID-19 policy?

@Delta your website states cancellation fees waived if traveling March and April 2020 but I was charged a cancellation fee and my voucher is 200$ less than my flight price. I DMed you. Anyone else have this issue?
