@MeowzersOwO you can use any color printer for stickers, all you need is when buying sticker paper is to make sure it's compatible with your printer (either inkjet or laser, most home printers are ink). if you need any recommendations or advice lemme know!

What kinda printer does one use for stickers like can u use a normal one or does it have 2 be special

@MonsterFangss this 100%!!! don't be married to the idea that your project is going to be the most groundbreaking visually/etc. if you need to cut corners to get funded then that's okay! just let your story be told! + people are always more likely to donate if they think it'll succeed

Im not an economist, but Id personally advise any indie creators looking for funding to set their Kickstarter or gofundme goal to the ABSOLUTE bare MINIMUM amount you need to have a MINIMUM viable product. Let the stretch goals account for bigger and better animation

@scribbledoesart you can get that paper texture effect with color too! it's easy to print on both types of paper, the gloss/smooth texture is more common just because it can be a tiny bit more durable. you just gotta look for an "uncoated" paper option when printing (< works in print & is a nerd)

when i make a comic i should make it in grayscale or something so i can have the print version have that paper texture

got this new graphic novel today and i love the paper texture omg. most graphic novels are super glossy but this one has rough paper kinda like a manga
