I was so hopeful that massie would win and demonstrate that trump’s iron grip on republican voters was slipping. I hoped he was proof that true conservatives wanted answers about epstein and israel and that there was a possibility of political success for dissenters. I was wrong.

@neverpilled I assume you have diabetes and no teeth then. Soft drink wasn't expensive back then, but sensible people didn't drink it like water because 1. We weren't 7 years old, and 2. It was well known to be an occasional pleasure because it wasn't good for your health

I grew up in the 80s and 90s and people drank soda instead of water all the time. People just making stuff up again.

Yes. Soda was a luxury until the mid-2000s. It was something you'd have for family movie night on Fridays and birthdays. Prior to the ~90s, it was even more rare. Drinking soda with every meal wasn't normal until fairly recently. It is a small luxury but a luxury.
