You cannot compare Otti’s position with GRV. Otti rode on Obi and was sold on the basis of Aba replicating Obi’s feat in Anambra. Now Otti doesn’t need Obi cause he has social proof based on his performance in his first term. And you cannot also compare Abia’s PDP with Lagos APC … Abia’s PDP was deplorable… with absolutely nothing to sell but excuses … so Otti was a breadth of fresh air, even if Obi didn’t win Abuja.
