@_jstnval Bin seit 3 Juni auch permanent HWID banned und Support antwortet mir das sie das checken und wenn sie nicht an meinem Bann ändern closen sie das Ticket. Dann mach ich nochmal Ticket auf weil ich eine Begründung haben will und die schreiben mir das mir schon geantwortet wurde

Valorant Third Party Tool + HWID Ban Hello Valorant community. I'll start with what happened to me. I played Valorant on Monday. I went afk for a while. When I came back there was an error. I think it said "connection error" or something like that. When I came back I tried to log back into the game and there it was. It said that I had been banned for using a third party tool (picture 1). At first I didn't think it was a problem, just a false ban that would be fixed once I contacted Valorant. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I tried to open a ticket. They did not reply and closed the ticket. I tried to contact @ItsGamerDoc but unfortunately he did not reply or did not see my message. I don't know which program would have caused me to be permanently banned from the game. In picture 2 you can see all the programs/apps on my PC. Some of them may have been running in the background. I do not know for sure. I have not changed anything on my specs/hardware/usb ports in the last few weeks and have not installed any new or suspicious programs, so there is nothing new that could have caused this, I was playing under the same conditions. Im posting this tweet to hopefully reach people who can help me or check what happened. As I have not said it before, I did not cheat, so this is not what happened. To get this tweet to the people who can actually help me, im grateful to anyone who replies/retweets this. Thanks in advance to everyone 🫶🫶
