@DrErinHallPsyD @icurehab @TantamKate @jcjackson68 @CAIROrg @ICUsteps @DrDaleNeedham Healing doesn’t end at discharge. It’s just beginning. Another layer of the onion to be peeled. We must talk about the after effects of being in the #ICU. #PICS/#PTSD

There is nothing quite like the grad school professor who intimidated you the most saying
“I’m so proud of you” during a random run in

They think she’s too critically ill. But I know she can do more. And I can see a second wave of damage happening to her mobility, skin, nerves and muscles, cognition and psychological health. #EarlyMobility is a must, not an afterthought and your #Rehab colleagues can help

Many patients don’t understand the benefit, lack easy access, have trouble navigating insurance coverage, or don’t qualify (timeline with “stable” HF is tricky…) #cardioPT

Despite an increase in #Medicare coverage in 2014, #CardiacRehab remains underused in patients with #HeartFailure. bit.ly/3dCPc7s #JACCHF #ACCHFT #CardioTwitter #CABG #cvMI #PCI #HFrEF @ambarish4786 @gcfmd @NeilKeshvani

@ehaeze @icurehab @DrDaleNeedham Nothing formal that I know of
Outside of acute fetal issues (that obviously need input and guidance from OB team), I use standard adult decision making and monitoring in regards to mobility while obviously taken into account pregnancy as far as positioning, movement, & intensity
English

No idea, but I feel like an @icurehab and @DrDaleNeedham RT always helps in these occasions!
