Please note that @aircanada is experiencing an intranet outage that is impacting functions such as check in, baggage delivery and gating. The airline is working hard to resolve the issue. Air Canada passengers are encouraged to check in online before leaving for the airport.

@AirCanada @Aeroplan @AirCanada Its been almost 4 days since I reported my lost bag. I have beee asked to fill 3 diff forms so far. WorldTracer is still showing "Tracing continues. Please check back later." Air tag is still showing location as T1. Hw lng wud it tk ur baggage team to find my bag?

@Aeroplan decided our daughters name was too long when we booked our flight. So they took it upon themselves to shorten it. Since we could not get any service to fix it we missed our flight. WORST customer service ever.

1/2 @AirCanada your #AirCanadaVacations website is the worst travel site I’ve ever used. Crashes non-stop, forced to restart, then says Jamaica is a blocked country, finally get to book to be informed hotel is no longer available, yet resort is available on any other travel site.
