hiii !! i’ve been working on bettering my relationship with food since i’ve been intactive. i’ve been focused on the gym + protein instead of calories. life is good for me now, i’ve got a sweet bf, a great group of friends and my mental is so much better ! ily + miss you guys 🤍

This once I had shifted to this really scary, end of the world esque reality. I was so scared, and desperate and dying. But then I woke up. I woke up "here". Nothing from the shifting experience mattered anymore, because I just was. I believe it's the same.

@pining4stardust and most people when they see scars don’t comment on it, unless they’re a massive cunt. no one will talk to you at the gym, trust me. no one cares abt what you’re doing unless you get hurt by something, which is quite unlikely to happen. :3

@pining4stardust i don’t know if i have ‘noticable’ scars as such but they visible. all i can see is that NO ONE actually gives a fuck abt u in the gym. when im doing my workout i am, and pretty much everyone else, only focusing on my workout. everyone is just focused on their workout/goals. +
