I am eternally grateful for @elonmusk, X Corp, and the legal teams at Schaer Jaffe and Burke Law Group (@BurkeLawTweets) for supporting me in this effort. The only way I was able to fight back against an unjust prosecution was to tell the truth. And the only way for people to see the truth was because of X. For this reason, they have proven themselves to be an incalculable force for good at a time when it's most important. Most of all, I owe my deepest gratitude to Marcella Burke, the person who has stood by me from the very beginning. She took the greatest risk in representing me and endlessly sacrificed for the next two years. It's not enough to say she is my lawyer, but rather a guardian angel. She is the reason my wife has her husband and my daughter, her father.

Gender ideology has inflicted deep, tangible wounds on our country. Not just theoretical wounds, like political division, but physical ones - these are the scars borne by children and young adults who have been mutilated as a result of this radical ideology. Until we have it set in stone that chemical and surgical mutilators will face the death penalty, it will be tenuous, with a solid first step!

Great work. I fought to ban ALL child transgender surgeries. Meanwhile Chip Roy authored an amendment to allow private transgender surgeries to continue and codify them, rewarding Gavin Newsom and the trans lobby.

This is unbelievable news. Back in 2024, I wrote for the @CityJournal about how the Biden Administration's DOJ indicted @EithanDHaimMD for blowing the whistle on Texas Children's Hospital, which continued to transition kids after publicly stating it had stopped. Now, TCH is creating the nation's first clinic for detransitioners.
