@BarnetCouncil I would love to understand why it’s necessary to close Totteridge Lane on a Saturday. There is no work being carried out, and no diversion. This is an important road linking Whetstone and Mill Hill and users needs are totally ignored.

@British_Airways Yes u can help. It’s utter outrage. It’s cast iron case for compensation. It’s now Aug. Submitted claim (ref01944924) as instructed. ground crew confirmed we were entitled to €400 each. After 2 months the claim was denied. Husband will issue court proceedings unless resolved.

@British_Airways thank you once again for offloading me BA. Instead of a celebratory wedding anniversary four day trip to Thessaloniki, we spend all Friday shuttling btwn airports and transiting in Munich. Second flight I’ve been offloaded in a row from the wonderful BA.

@Gatwick_Airport very stressed. Gate for my flight on Volotea announced at 11.45. Informed gate closes at 12. I run like a mad thing to the gate. And guess what? It’s not even boarding. Apparently this is Gatwick real. Were I travelling with an older person it wld be a nightmare
