Texas’ newly redrawn congressional map is officially cleared for use, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday. The district court struck down the map in November, but the high court swiftly blocked that ruling. Today’s summary ruling affirms that the map can be used through 2030.

The Texas Supreme Court has temporarily BLOCKED a Dallas judge’s order to keep the polls open til 9, ordering the county to separate out votes from people who were not in line at 7pm. Not a final ruling, but will create chaos in getting results from Dallas County
