I am joining @eigencloud as India Ecosystem Lead. India missed the Y2K software boom as a consumer. We built the pipes. Ran the ops. But never owned the products. AI is the second chance. And I want to make sure we don't miss it this time. I've spent the last year inside builder communities. Hackathons. Conversations. Watching people ship with nothing but curiosity and conviction. The talent is here. The hunger is here. What's missing is the right infrastructure and the right stage. EigenCloud is building digital institutions for the agentic era. The infrastructure that didn't exist until now. True to their ethos of open innovation, we will have multiple builder programs running throughout the year. Starting very soon. On a personal note, I get to work with people I've genuinely looked up to. @sreeramkannan has inspired me in more ways than I can put into words. Years of watching @0xpratik. Learning from him. Trying to become him. Now I get to work with him. Getting to work with @gajesh again in a completely different setting. He was my boss once, now I get a front-row seat to push his heroics even further across the ecosystem. Also looking forward to working with the amazing Eigen team: @vishnu_patankar, @jt_rose, @0xkydo, @soubhik_deb, and team. I'll be on the ground. Building community. Running events. yesterday we hosted agntcon 200+ people applied. we let in around 80. great event. great energy. people actually building. but for me it meant something a little different. i’ve always been very comfortable behind the camera. writing scripts. telling stories. working on pre and post production. helping things come together. never really the person in front. this year i said fuck it. let’s see what happens. so i started @aiweekendsxyz with @0xratnakar with one simple rule for myself. whatever i ship, i speak about it at the end of the session. because i genuinely believe every builder should do that. shipping is important. talking about what you shipped is equally important. i know i still: • look down while speaking to a crowd • avoid looking at uninterested faces because it throws me off • use way too many fillers • rarely stick to what i prepared • struggle to engage the room and probably a lot more. but everyone starts somewhere. and the only direction from here is forward. thanks to everyone who came, built, spoke, and made this happen. you know who you are.
