They basically matched the Dems in every county and recorded a gain in Bucks for the first time this month. Dems made their biggest gain in Philly (per usual) and it accounted for half of their gain. Might this be the beginning of a trend reversal?

It is worth noting that Caddo’s AB/EV vote may not actually be outstanding. While the state site lists it that way, Caddo has already reported a good number of votes, so it is not guaranteed that the drop is coming. It also could be reasonably small.
