“No one wants to work.” @ericmosley says this is bull$hit. But this happens and is said whenever there is a change in HOW work is accomplished. Because no one wants to work like THIS. Check out news articles from 100 years ago - it was all the same!
Failure is a loaded word. It implies that you’re not smart, uneducated, incapable, etc. We are emotional beings. Managers need to understand the balance between failure as opportunity to learn & being used as a bludgeon.
