Dear community, next week we will activate a $50M home in Los Angeles with 27 Blackdove displays. 25/27 are portrait orientation. The client is looking for moving image, seamlessly looping mp4 works. Please reply with recommendations.
With all due respect, if I collect a 1/1 NFT and the artist also sells prints of that same piece through other channels, I’d be quite upset.
Is it just me, or do you feel the same?
we are likely going to roll out GPT-4.5 to the plus tier over a few days.
there is no perfect way to do this; we wanted to do it for everyone tomorrow, but it would have meant we had to launch with a very low rate limit.
we think people are gonna use this a lot and love it.
Mind blown how AI is reshaping how designers work. With almost no coding experience, I built our new @manifoldxyz website from scratch in React in a week
@figma → @vercel v0 for base React components → @cursor_ai for UI/interaction (bonus sidequest: @jittervideo for creating Lottie animations in minutes)
Operator is now rolling out to Pro users in Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UK, and most places ChatGPT is available.
Still working on making Operator available in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein & Iceland—we’ll keep you updated!

@nanosomasverige@tuffflife@TheFlatEartherr Here's a few more. First one is at the San Fran Botanical Gardens, second is a street performer in NYC, third is the landfill of the WTC as it was being built, all on infrared film. Nothing is edited except for symmetrically folding the images
@tuffflife@TheFlatEartherr I was gifted an archive of infrared film from the 70's and 80's and have seen similar beings. This is one of the most insane ones I've come across so far
@TheFlatEartherr I just saw some thing about infrared back in the day when it was first invented the night vision goggles that people were seeing weird shit in the military and shooting at nothing but swearing there was something that they saw and it wasn’t normal
I was given the privilege of early access to Meta's new Twitter competitor, Threads.
Can't go into details yet but I will post a full, in-depth video review the minute the app goes public.
Early thoughts:
I think Threads will outperform most people's expectations for two main reasons.
• There is strong pent-up demand for a Twitter alternative. Bluesky, Mastodon and others have recently enjoyed record growth.
But unlike the others, Threads is starting from an already existing user-base. Which happens to be the largest in the world.
Creators want to be where the audience is.
• Meta drives an incredible amount of commerce. Threads makes it even easier to do so for brands and creators on Instagram. It will also integrate seamlessly across Meta's family of apps.
The timing couldn't be better. Launching in the midst of a chaotic weekend of rate-limits and outages on Twitter will give them a strong push.
For the record, I actually much prefer post-Elon Twitter, to pre-Elon Twitter. But I also think that Twitter having major competition, will breed further innovation and positive changes that benefit creators and consumers alike, for all social platforms.
Ultimately, the 'winning' platform might have to be decided in the Colosseum cage match 😅
