After Pinehurst in 2029, we get to the event I’m looking forward to more than any other: The 2030 U.S. Open at Merion Golf Club Celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Bobby Jones’ win here at the 1930 U.S. Amateur to complete the grand slam and being played on the course that has hosted more USGA Championships than any other, the 130th U.S. Open at Merion is going to be truly special.

Well, no more daydreaming. My first true luxury watch and it feels absolutely surreal to be looking down at this. I always told myself my first Rolex or watch of that caliber had to be to commemorate something, and it had to be 100% earned by me. No help or handouts. With the Knicks winning the championship, my birthday next week and right now being a very positive time overall in my life, I felt like it was time to pull the trigger. Still can’t believe I get to call this mine. Forever grateful to God for blessings like these.

Turning on OOO for a few days. I’ve got a very special golf trip planned. I can’t remember working harder than I have over the last six months, but I also can’t remember work being more rewarding. We really, really try to do right by the customer. Whether it’s keeping prices fair (I definitely lost too much money on belts 🤣), being generous with returns and exchanges, replacing items when something goes wrong, or simply being responsive and communicating honestly. We’re not perfect. We’ve missed a timeline or two, sometimes because of things outside our control. But happy customers genuinely drive us, and we care deeply about getting it right. There have been plenty of ups and downs. We aren’t exactly printing profits, but we’re going to keep doing things the right way and keep building this thing brick by brick. I’ll also be making a few hires soon, which should help us continue to improve. The thing I’m proudest of is our customers. I truly believe we have the best customers in the world. Case in point: a customer bought one of our shirts, had it professionally framed, and mailed it back to me as a gift. That’s the kind of support that leaves you speechless. Thank you all for making Arnie McNair possible. It means more than you know.

My favorite drill/feel if you come over the top. This is a great drill to practice at home without the feedback of the golf ball. It can also be a nice feel in a pre-shot routine.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Watching and emulating LPGA swings instead of PGA swings would do most amateurs a lot of good.
