@benmaritz why don't we have an extra monthly charge for the wear and tear caused by children or wearing shoes inside or putting heavy stuff on built in shelves or having a lot of friends over. Seems like security deposit should cover wear and tear and landlords should charge for damage

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol is coming under fire for suggesting buying a nearly $10 cup of coffee is all about the experience. When asked by The Wall Street Journal about his company’s pricey menu, Niccol, 51, said that “People believe ‘this is a really affordable premium experience.’” “What we’re seeing is that people want to have a special experience, and regardless of what your income level is, in some cases, a $9 experience does feel like you’re splurging,” he said. ”What that means is that we have to make it worthwhile.”
Those comments have not been well received, as many online slammed the CEO as being out of touch with the average consumer, who is already feeling the increased cost of living. One online user wrote: “This guy needs to live on the median U.S. income for a year and buy his own lattes every day.” Another said, “These people live in a different reality.”

As mentioned in my previous post, aligning your expectations to the market conditions are important.
You cannot expect an orange to provide you coconut juice right?
What is needed to set this higher is a strong volume clear of $0.765.
Otherwise, we've gotten nice scalps off $0.6x area back to $0.76, which is our breakout level and going exactly to my analysis. 💰
With this amount of compression and volume this has today, IF we can actually clear $0.765/0.80 in PH or AH, the move will be violent for shorts, potentially opening us up to $0.85/0.90. 🔥
And that also goes without saying, if we don't, nothing will happen.
But no matter what, you trim profits on the way up!
