Let me tell you guys some things to know when trading $XAUUSD Make sure to note and study them. 1. Premium and Discount works like magic on the higher timeframe. Don’t ignore it 2. Higher timeframe POI will always be stronger than lower timeframe POI 3. Daily FVGs in the bull run a goldmine 4. You don’t necessarily need liquidity inducement to execute your continuation trades in a bullish market. Price uses the most recent demand zones to continue the move until the major liquidity draw has been cleared. 5. Higher timeframe gives the instruction, lower timeframe executes. 6. The bearish market uses more time to consolidate than the actual move. It’s normal, so don’t panic These are only but a few behavioral patterns on $XAUUSD.

What if I tell you most of your African brothers are the ones behind some of your denied payouts? 😂😂 They are even the ones preventing you from getting prop firm deals lol. I worked with a prop firm a while back as their affiliate manager. I tried to onboard as much people as possible. But guess what? The moment they employed a certain influencer here (I’ll restrict names) who is Nigerian, dude started doing so much to impress the CEO. Stopping onboarding of his fellow Nigerians and it was crazy lol. Most of these firms social media handles is being handled by your African brothers. Most of the affiliate managers are Africans. They are the ones that make working with these firms more difficult (some of you can related to this) 😂😂 Most of them are close to the CEOs and should be the one speaking on realistic rules and what not. But they won’t. They are only interested in their pockets. This is a story for another day. Bye.

Before trading, I was a different person. At 17 I was confident in the way only someone who hasn't been humbled can be. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life but I was sure I'd figure it out. I had this naive certainty that things would work out because I was smart enough and willing enough to make them work. Trading gave me direction. For the first time, I had a thing. A path. Something to pour myself into that felt bigger than a job or a degree. It gave me purpose. I thought I was signing up for a strategy with discipline. Learn the system. Follow the rules. Make money. That's what everyone told me. And I believed it because at 17, why wouldn't I? Nobody told me I was actually signing up for a complete rewiring of who I am as a person. Because that's what happened. Not a strategy journey. A human journey. I didn't spend seven years learning to read charts. I spent seven years discovering why I think the way I think. Why I react the way I react. Why my brain was programmed for decades to see winning and losing in a way that made trading nearly impossible. The strategy was the easiest part. The charts were solvable. What wasn't easy was sitting down with myself and asking: why do I hate losing so much? Not on the charts. In life. Where did I learn that a loss means I'm falling behind? Who taught me that effort is supposed to guarantee results? When did I start tying my worth to outcomes I can't control? Those questions didn't come from a trading book. They came from years of making the same mistakes and finally getting desperate enough to look underneath them. And what I found had nothing to do with trading. I found beliefs about myself and the world that had been running the show since childhood. Beliefs about success, failure, identity, worth. All of them dragged onto the charts without me knowing. All of them breaking my system from the inside. If that version of me at 17 saw me right now, he wouldn't recognize me. Not because of what I've achieved. Because of how much I've changed as a person. He'd be confused by how serious everything became. He'd wonder what happened to the kid who just thought trading was going to be a cool way to make money. What happened is that trading forced me to grow in ways nothing else could have. I can shift my beliefs about myself and the world now. Not as a concept. As a skill. I can pinpoint the exact moment my emotions are talking and separate it from what's actually true. I still blur the line sometimes. There are days where the emotions are louder than the logic and I can't tell which one is driving. But the difference between now and three years ago is that I catch it. Not always immediately. But fast enough. A few questions to myself, a moment of honest introspection, and the fog clears. That used to take weeks. Now it takes minutes. The deep introspection, the brutal self-honesty, the journaling, the ability to question my own patterns in real time. All of it started because I was trying to figure out why I couldn't take a loss. That one question opened everything. Trading didn't just give me tools for the charts. It gave me tools for life. For relationships. For decisions. For every situation where the old version of me would have reacted on autopilot and the new version pauses and chooses. If I could go back and tell that 17-year-old one thing, it would be this: You're going to lose yourself before you find yourself. The strategy is learnable. The discipline is buildable. But the person you are right now isn't built for this yet. And the process of becoming someone who is will be the hardest and most valuable thing you ever do. Nobody warned me about the cost. But nobody could have told me about what I'd gain either. Because you can't explain it to someone who hasn't been through it. You just have to walk the path and trust that whoever you are on the other side was worth every dark day it took to get there. He was.
