El último mes hicimos muchas y, si bien tuvimos feedback de algunos, la mayoría no solo no nos dió ese feedback valioso, sino que directamente ni siquiera agradecieron por el valor e info que les aportamos...
Pero hay que ver el lado positivo:
1) Mejor que sea así, es decir, no queremos clientes así en nuestra empresa.
2) Hicimos varios ajustes y podemos decir que tenemos la v2 ahora. Si leíste hasta acá y te interesa que auditemos tu negocio, escribime 🤝

Día 215 de #buildinpublic hoy es un gran día, se suma oficialmente a 021 Loïk (@lchoua) como CTO de 021.
Viene de dar pasos muy importantes en MELI, UBER, y X, ahora llegó el gran momento de emprender.
Fue uno de los primeros paid users de 021, y venimos hablando hace meses sobre el problema, solución, ideas, etc.
Para mí es un honor, y me pone muy feliz de compartir este barco y liderarlo de a 2, armando un equipo top y llevando el producto al lugar que merece.
Ya metimos varias features nuevas, en conjunto además con Nahue, Alva y Jere, las cuales iré contando a partir de mañana (:
El desafío es enorme, estamos construyendo el AI Product Manager que todo equipo necesita para alinear negocio con desarrollo, eliminar tantas fricciones que existen hoy, e ir rápido y con calidad.
@lchoua se suma al #buildinpublic así que a seguirlo, compartiremos aprendizajes desde un lado más técnico también.
Además de construir 021, y en conjunto con design partners, estamos co-creando un nuevo proceso de product development donde el vibe coding sea core, donde vayamos rápido y con reglas claras de buen desarrollo, con mucho foco en el negocio.
