Very dismissive. Very unbothered. And she pointed to the next agent to take over “she can help you” like I was a bothered to her. I am the one inconvenience, I am the one who is tired. The fact that I was too tired to even speak and was calm, bothers me more.

My flight was delayed from Cancun for unknown reasons which caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was automatically rebooked. I went to this counter to ask for a new boarding pass. What bothers me is, this counter agent was more concerned about her phone than myself.
