Not a fan of contributing to this kind of topic, but when this came my way through IG scrolling, I read it to the end and my mind flashed back to my Arewa friends - both men and women. At the risk of committing the fallacy of too few examples, it looks true. All my Arewa friends whose wives I know, the wives are fair complexioned. All my Arewa female friends that talk to me about looking for husband, despite being very beautiful, are dark-skinned. I sometimes wonder how these Ebony beauties are struggling to find a man. This person’s theory is looking like the answer. Who knows Arewa society more? Is this true? It’s looking true based on the little I have seen.
