@Jay_Edlin Surviving Avalon was pretty interesting because people will drive from near PM to Avalon all day. Their surrounding restaurants play a big factor I feel as well and they’ve got similar stores to other malls that have failed. North Point dying is part of my thought process

@ZachNagel7 North point intentionally excluded anything urban to not have a certain demographic in the mall. They don’t have any good restaurants. Perimeter is Lenox without the luxury stores.
