@chilternrailway it is so frustrating traveling on the wknd to Ldn - 09:56 from High Wycombe to Marylebone delayed, only 2 coaches, train arrives - already no seats, feels like am on the London tube in rush hour. 2 trains after cancelled - isn’t it logical to add more carriages?

@chilternrailway @biwinningcr It is pretty nuts that you have to travel for 1 hour 10 minutes to Marylebone from the station (when it’s 39/41 mins on weekday) I am sure there is demand for faster travel too, so you may want to consider including a faster train, am sure passengers will appreciate it.

@biwinningcr Weekend timetables do differ to that of weekdays, timetables generally align with historic footfall and demand and during a week generally services are in line with commuter demand whereas on the weekend the footfall and travel patterns differ.

@chilternrailway I’d like an explanation as to what you have done to the revised train timetables. Why should I have to spend nearly 1 hour and 10 mins going from Saunderton to London on a weekend, when I can make the same trip on a weekday in half the time? What’s going on!?

Lord Sugar clearly hasn’t seen all the scientific evidence about increased productivity, decreased stress, and thinks making generalised statements based on his point of view without considering the rest of it is fine. It’s not. Takes 5 mins to browse the research!

Indeed a great talk by Mark Stiry if @NewcrossHealth on using #immersive learning through the ‘Virtual Shift’ #training experience in collab with @sponge_learning. Creating authenticity in #learning unsurprisingly brings the results!

@HeathrowAirport please can you clarify what is happening with bags arriving at T3, supposedly lane 8 from Sofia? Literally no information, told to wait. Been waiting over 4 hours now - first held in plans, then dropped at T3, instead of 5,now bags taking forever. Pls any clarity

@British_Airways flight landed at LHR but has been on the tarmac now for 2 hours. Pilot has no info, and no idea when we can get off! Can you please inform your staff! Sitting a plane on the ground for 2 hours is getting too much now!

Awful experience with @edfenergy . External smart reader not functioning for 5 months. No electricity readings since. Estimated billing as a result. Multiple failed attempts to get an engineer to fix. Can’t even get an appointment scheduled. No comms. Not so ‘smart’ after all!?
