Binghamton grad transfer guard Ella Wanzer (@ella_wanzer) committed to Delaware this evening in an Instagram post. The 5-10 Buffalo native finished her degree in three years & was a RS sophomore in 2023-24. Began w/ medical redshirt in ’21-22. Since then, the shooter was America East All-Rookie in freshman season while leading the league in 3FG% (.398) and tacked on 10.1 PPG in ’23-24. Wanzer’s career-best 36 pts vs. Loyola Nov. 12 were most by an AE player this szn. Has the look of big help to @COACH_SCJ22 and @DelawareWBB, who are hoping the art and design major can draw up the outside shot. #BlueHens #CAAHoops
