@ellawinter53 Don't worry; refunds via Depop Payments can take 5-10 working days to be paid back into your Bank Account, so this could be why you're not seeing it just yet 💛 To be on the safe side though, we're happy to take a look 👀 What's your Depop username?

@askdepop a seller has said she’s refunded my purchase directly through depop as she can no longer post to me. I haven’t received any confirmation nor the refund??

@TUIUK If I purchase this amber plus package and the day before I go Rhodes goes on the green list - what happens then? I am due to go on the 8th June and I think the review is 7th June. Will it take effec immediately and I’ll be refunded for testing?

@TUIUK you told me I can buy my test to release through screen4. You put on your site the cost is £65. So can you explain this to me... just spoken to screen4 who have confirmed they are NOT offering test to release through TUI?!? Jesus Christ this is ridiculous.

@ArchivistNLB @TUIUK Amber + through chronomics. Then buy separate TTR test through Screen4 link. HOWEVER, the screen4 link doesn’t work so just about sums it all up really 🤣. I don’t think Chronomics are offering a deal with the TTR test included however screen4 is doing it for £65 (cheapest yet)

@TUIUK do you TUI amber test packages include the test to release? I can’t self isolate for 10 days but can possibly do the 5 days... but can’t see anywhere about chronicics doing a package that includes a test to release test??

@TUIUK So I’d have to buy amber+ through chronomics and then the £65 test to release through screen4. However whenever I click the link for screen4 through manage my booking I get this:

@TUIUK All I want to know is are you going to add a chronomics package deal with the Test to Release test?! I can isolate for 5 days but not for 10. If I get another response saying ‘please look at our testing packages here....’ I’ll explode!!!

@TUIUK I don’t have the link for this - I only have screen4 and also not what i asked, I asked about test to release? Spent an hour on hold yesterday and have had no response to my dms or messages apart from this.

@TUIUK I wondered what the situation will be if I have a holiday booked for June & the gov decide they want to make you quarantine for 10 days in a hotel afterwards. obviously I won’t be able to do this if this is the case. Will we be able to cancel FOC?

@TUIUK But I want to amend to a new holiday rather than cancel?

@ellawinter53 Hi Ella, As per our FAQs, if you've already booked your holiday, we can't add any codes afterwards. Promo codes can only be used when you make a new booking. If your holiday gets cancelled, we'll be in touch ASAP to discuss your options ^Nathan

@TUIUK how much notice will I get that my holiday on 29th January will be cancelled?

@TUIUK I’ve seen a holiday we’d like to amend to Mexico in May however when we try to add the SALE code to the Amendment it won’t let us. Does this mean we have to wait for you to cancel, wait for the credit then start a whole new booking to be able to get the discount??
