Reminder that the ABA would have given a Not Qualified rating to Joseph Story, who was appointed to the Supreme Court at 32 after ten years of practice. Katie Lane is going to make a fantastic judge and the ABA will continue to be irrelevant.

Hyperpartisan @ABAesq gives soon-to-be Judge Katie Lane a Not Qualified rating. Frankly ridiculous. The ABA can't even identify properly enacted constitutional amendments. No wonder it no longer plays any role in judicial nominations for *either party*

@AGToddRokita wrote an immigration bill last session enforcing Indiana’s prohibition on sanctuary policies.
Liz Brown blocked the bill.
One year later, she introduces a bill that looks just like Rokita’s but with none of the enforcement mechanisms.
Now she’s giving that bill the same name as Rokita’s (and not mentioning that her bill had to be amended to include those enforcement provisions).
