Some quick reactions to the new lockdowns in Europe. 1. The degree of uncertainty is much higher than in the first wave. In the first wave, the (incorrect) belief was that the infection rate would quickly decrease and remain low thereafter.

Yes, I can confirm this, the perception of risk is still extremely and dangerously low. E.g. companies cancelling unnecessary activities such as sport classes getting a lot of complains from employees. Trying hard to be on the exact same curve....

@BudgetFrance a refusé de me donner la voiture que j’avais loué car mon permis serait deterioré. Pour @AutoEurope_FR ces pratiques ne sont pas accéptables et permettent aux loueurs de surbooker, mais ils ne m'ont pas proposé de solution. #autoeurope #BudgetFrance #surbooking
