Not strictly true, the Trump peace plan seems to be: the US takes Ukraine's assets; Russia keeps Ukraine's land; Ukraine shuts up and does what it's told. Trump's peace plan is a plan for peace between Russia and the US, not Russia and Ukraine.

@rayofoghlu So a European defence force? Nah…as Europe gallops to the right, the common threats might not be that common. To me, the US is the greatest threat to world peace right now- how would we defend ourselves against that?

I'm a fan of our neutrality, but our abdication of responsibility to defend ourselves and share the burden of European defense is embarrassing. We spend 0.21% of our budget on defense. Lowest in Europe We're freeloaders. Changing that doesn't affect our neutrality.
