I heard this powerful quote again today which I ♥️as it really resonates. It also is a sentiment we want to emulate at our beloved #aphasia communication support groups. Members tell us they feel ‘happy, comfortable, supported, and like family.’ 🙏🌟Thankful we have each other X

4 months ago I walked 1 minute&jogged 1 minute, today I ran a 10K! I’m so ecstatic 🤗& emotional in having done it and raised £835.65 (so far) in memory of Dad and for @AlzResearchUK Thankyou 🙏team and @RichmondRunFest for an amazing event&electric atmosphere&support Lucy X
