@HPSupport I have a small billing issue with the HP Instant Ink subscription. There is nowhere to on your site to share this issue. I've been through every support option, and none of them let me describe my issue. There should be some way to get to a real person.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL @SEPTA Ah. Thats better. The message was maintenance. Also, there was nothing on the website alerts that was useful to know what to do and no one at the stop who could give info. We found out there was a problem by communicating with people who were already in a train that was stuck.
