This is showing the increase in housing over the past 10 years. As you can see, in 2020 the price had increased dramatically and we are still seeing the impact on it.

The housing market in Canada is absolutely insane! The cost of housing has gone up and the amount of houses available have dropped a tremendous amount in the past few years. cbc.ca/news/business/…

I got the opportunity to take EM203 this semester! I have since learnt about various learning and teaching methods as well as the impact that the development of technology has on our learning skills. #EM203Robin

@EM203BWickware Hi Blake! I never truly thought about the way that technology transforms the way that we live. After the past few weeks, it has become abundant to me that technology can be both beneficial to our lives but can also come with some negatives as well. Great post!

@chox8709 Chris! Isn't the topic of multi media so interesting? It's such a huge outlet that allows us to retrieve such a wide variety of information. Although it can be both beneficial and detrimental to learning, I can't imagine going without it.

Throughout my first lessons, I looked at learning with different media like videos and pictures, questioned if doing many things at once helps or hurts learning, and learned that the multi-media outlet is essential for information. Loving this class so far!! #EM203Robin

In the first weeks of EM203, it's became apparent that multi-tasking is a big part of our society, especially as University students. It isn't necessarily beneficial in academic settings, but it's something we have to learn how to do to effectively and the best we can.#EM203Robin
