I remember back when I was with local BBC radio @ellymoritz was presenting the local TV bulletins, I’ve always admired how professional, considered and concise her reporting was then, and has been ever since. Such a consummate broadcaster and journalist.

My first 10k in 7 years & Gracie’s first ever! A well organised @RunThroughUK event at Tatton Park Gracie’s really struggling with hyper mobile joints but she smashed it & I was v happy with a rusty 47 minutes. Vinnie (the big flirt) had the best day ever supporting with Mark 🌈

True for every event 👏 Wave to the marshals, people at seconding stations, those manning first aid booths, giving out t-shirts. It truly takes a village to put on huge events.

My son and daughter were volunteers on the @stjohnambulance Medical Response teams at the finish lines of the Manchester and London Marathons yesterday. All the teams were extremely busy due to the gruelling heat in both cities. The volunteers deserve a massive thanks. 👏🏻

That was a brutal second (and probably last) marathon. Far too hot and running with a painful injury. So ended up slow but at least I finished. I think that’s what most people felt like today. Really well done to everyone who took part.
