@Milkbasketin delivered eggs with foul smell and insects.This is a serious food safety issue,not a ₹6 refund matter. Closing the complaint like this is unacceptable. Do you expect customers to risk their health with the remaining eggs? I need a full refund and proper resolution.

@makemytrip@IntrCity I raised a refund request for a life-threatening bus ride (Delhi to Amritsar on 31st) with smoke & fire onboard. 40+ lives were at risk, and we refused to continue. NO RESPONSE from your side. This is not just bad service, it's criminal negligence.
