4 years have passed since eaJ TEAM committed to stay. What began as a simple intention has become a journey that has shaped us in ways we never expected. It has been beautiful to witness Jae continue to grow and realize that our support was never meant to fade, but to evolve alongside him. His commitment to keep bettering, to staying human, and to choosing honesty and kindness over everything continues to make us proud to stand beside him. And as he grew, so did this community. In size, in warmth, in understanding. We hope we have grown as person as well. There are countless names and words of encouragement behind every step we've taken. Nothing could have brought us this far except your sincere support, with the patience, understanding, and acceptance you have given us despite our limitations and imperfections. The journey was never without weight. There were moments of exhaustion. Disappointment. Misunderstandings. Assumptions that stung more than we expected. But in every attempt to mend what felt broken, we held on to one hope: that our good intentions and sincerity reach hearts safely, especially within this community. As Jae continues to create a safe space where everyone feels seen, heard, and less alone, we hope eaJ TEAM can continue to be an extension of that purpose — nurturing a supportive place free from judgment and prejudice. We are not perfect. Never will be. We are still learning and will never stop trying our best to be persistent. If the past 4 years have taught us anything, it is this: Community is built not only through celebration and achievements, but through patience, selflessness, forgiveness, and the decision to stay.
