@SMARTBazaarIn On my recent visit, I was standing in the billing queue and when my turn arrived, the staff member at the counter chose to bill another customer instead. When I pointed out that it was my turn, his response was not only dismissive but also arrogant. 1/3

We are complaining on daily basis just for at right time departure of 19621 and 19622 trains but no one is listening. Have given in written to ARO NWR, complained on Railmadad hundred times but to no avail.Also complaint closing within 5 minutes without resolution on daily basis

@RailwaySeva This copy paste remark I am getting on daily basis. And for your information my issue is not resolved hence you can not close this complaint. I am in train and still it is halting at each station for more than 15 min making it late by 50 minutes. #worstservice @RailwaySeva

Train 19621 reach daily late by 20-30 minutes to NNL station from last 6 months on daily basis. It has been reported so many times but did not get a worthy solution till now. Complain closes on @RailwaySeva in 5 mins daily without solution. @RailMinIndia @DRMJaipur @NWRailways

I booked OYO (BI KR3D4060) on Jan 7 2023 but at the time of check in I was refused by the property owner. I compalined on helpline and got assured to get my refund in 7 days. It has been more than 3 months till now I didn't get despite of so many followups @oyorooms @riteshagar
