Have you ever heard anyone complain about a speech being too short? Through @Toastmasters, I have learned how many words I can comfortably say in a minute. Very handy thing to know. All I need to know after that is how much time I need to fill, and then do a simple word count. Then I cut a few more words, so I don't feel as though i have to rush.
