This website discusses the challenge of reducing industrial pollution - with the analysis connecting to Europe. I believe this can be applied to other countries to identify the issues with air pollution (such as public accountability).

After looking at your concept map, I think you could add that mental health is stigmatized and people have trouble starting open conversations around it (this would go with your “mental health” subsection)!

A problem that I believe could be added to your concept map is access to therapists/support (this could go with “mental health” subsection)!

A problem that I think could be added to your concept map is an increase in forest fires (in the “forests” subsection of the concept map)!

@Em203_Propp33 Hi Christian - good points! Do you think some people still lack digital literacy? I believe that this course is beneficial to take to help enhance our digital literary knowledge!
English

In the first 3 lessons of EM203, I have learned the importance of effectively using digital literacy to enhance learning. I also find it interesting how different learning models can be applied in a digital context #EM203Robin

@EM203SSaleem Hi Sameer! Thanks for sharing. I agree, the course content has been interesting so far. One of my favourite concepts I’ve learned is the learning theory of connectivism. What learning theory did you focus on?

The first few weeks of EM203 have been fun and I've learnt a lot. I've enjoyed the discussion posts and the twitter account project as it brings an element of collaboration into an online class. Looking forward to learning more about the digital age! #EM203Robin

@MominZahab Hi Zahab! I learned about the learning theory of connectivism. Do you use learning by doing a lot in your day to day life? I can apply that learning theory to figuring out how to solve a difficult sudoku puzzle. Thanks for posting.

Throughout my first 3 weeks in #EM203Robin, I've learned about the importance of learning by doing as a learning theory, how technology and the digital age impact the way we learn, and how to navigate Twitter!

@EM203sgodse Hi Shaylon! I also learned to solve a difficult soduka puzzle - what method did you use to solve it? Additionally, I was very intrigued by connectivism as well. I think we can apply it to this Twitter thread! Thanks for sharing.

After the first three lessons of EM203, a new concept that stood out to me is the learning theory called connectivism. This learning theory puts an emphasis on online networks, such as a discussion board. I'm looking forward to learning more throughout the semester!
