@DrMarkGriffiths@NTUNews@PsychologyNTU@ntu_research@NTUSocSciences I am a student working on a project about exercise addiction and would really appreciate your opinion on how exercise addiction inventory, if given to the public to assess themselves, might impact its validity
@TechInsider I am glad I found this video. I am currently working on a project that explores over-exercising and a possible solution for it. I would love to know your thoughts on a solution that involves exercising with others so as not to overdo it.
In this picture there are many items that represent healthy habits. Establishing a routine to ensure these habits are maintained takes patience, but will pay off in the end. #EM203Robin
While researching about over-exercising, I came across this website (#treatment" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">withinhealth.com/ed/exercise-ad…) which provides a detailed account on exercise addiction. It is a great resource to understand it and gain information about next steps!

@ZVehra A problem I thought of was contamination of the food chain due to marine dumping since fishing would occur in polluted waters which could result in harmful toxins being introduced within the body

@EM203lmorris A problem I recognized was the high cost of pursuing post-secondary education for students despised subsidies being available

@EM203JuliusC I agree with you! Hands on learning as so many applications within the education sector but it can also be implemented in areas such as medical and safety training through simulations.
In these past few weeks in EM203 I have learned the significance of hands on learning in education. For example having an apprenticeship for a job like plumbing gives a student a better understanding of the requirements of their job.#EM203Robin
@EM203JKudlowsky This is great! I personally love to knit; I have been doing it for a long time now and it is my favorite hobby. I find that it brings out my creative side and is also very calming.
I’ve been enjoying this class. The actual info as well as these activities. I never thought I’d knit coasters for an assignment but here we are! I haven’t used twitter since grade 9 - the interface has changed a lot but i’m getting used to it! #EM203Robin
@hana__rashid It is indeed very engaging to do hands on tasks instead of solely listening to lectures or reading. They deepen the understanding of the content too!
@AliciaFleury5 I also attempted to solve a Sudoku by searching for tips and techniques online. It was a long process, but I felt😀once I has solved the entire puzzle.
@EM203tpatel I sometimes also worry that I spend too much time online but with everything now readily available on a digital platform: from shopping to connecting with loved ones, it is difficult to limit the use.
I've had an insightful first 3 weeks!
I found this statistic "one-third of the students worry that they spend too much time online” (Steeves, 2014) to be relatable. Also, realized that Connectivism is a great learning theory to start implementing while studying! #EM203Robin
I really like the fact that the content I have learned so far in this course is so applicable. For example, I learned about “Learning by Doing” theory and I had the opportunity to experience this in all my other courses. #EM203Robin
