@AerLingus - we are currently waiting for our delayed flight to Dublin from Toulouse. We received a kind €15 voucher from you but this cannot be used once you are through passport control and at the boarding gate (which everyone is). Any suggestions???

Never been turned away from a theatre for being disabled-until now. Mum booked access tickets in person in her wheelchair, only to find they were up steps. Told to get a refund & leave. So we left. Where's the inclusivity? @PalaceAndOpera @MENnewsdesk #AccessibilityMatters

@AldiUK Thank you for your response. Unfortunately this has happened too often for me to trust eggs from Cheltenham Aldi so I will no longer be purchasing them from your store and I am not interested in a replacement. I just wanted to flag that I believe there is an issue. Thank you.

@AldiUK - I love shopping at your Cheltenham store but I am disappointed with the quality of your eggs. In my last box of 12 medium free range eggs, I had 2 rotten ones and there was still over a week before the best before date! This is unacceptable and is not the first time!!!
