@avc I wonder if embracing remote work to enhance loyalty will ultimately backfire as it lowers the switching costs for an employee to change jobs? We are embracing remote but this is one of my big worries.

We ought not argue about what bringing affordable, high-speed internet to unserved and underserved communities will cost. What will it cost to the future of these communities if they don’t have access to modern education, health care, and employment? That's the real question.
