Wanted to highlight the rates of sICH in current clinical practice. Often an oversight by the anti-tPAers. Based on recent large RCTs- ACT (Canada), and ATTEST-2 (UK), the rates of sICH with thrombolytics is around 2-3%. A result of better patient selection (compared to NINDS).
