Confession: I hate business travel. Meeting people, networking and socializing gives me energy. But the travel process and being away home/family exhausts me completely. I’d be fine never doing it again. Am I alone?

My law firm told me last month that I had to slow down. Was billing too many hours and they didn’t have a bonus structure to accommodate. I told them to just get rid of the bonus because that didn’t motivate me to grind. The grind motivates me to grind.
