Tell me why am I screenshotting local summer fairs to sell my books at when I’m housebound and can’t be out of bed for more than an hour at most?! So frustrating because they’d be the perfect opportunity to get some sales. Wishful thinking, I guess!

I have a copy of Toby and the Siege of Sky City which is slightly damaged in the bottom right hand corner I’m selling it for 50% off! £4 (plus postage) Let me know if anyone wants it 📗

@Sally_writes I submitted to them and they requested a full but rejected it. Talk about a narrow squeak! I felt so sorry for you when they folded.

…I can’t deny, it would have been nice to have industry credibility behind me 😅 Still, I do love having my book in the world and and am grateful to everyone who’s supported it and made me feel it’s worthy of being read

Deleting a load of photos/screenshots from 2018 & accidentally reliving everything I went through with my first book. So many agent full requests, so many almosts. A small publisher offer accepted only for them to close 1.5 yrs later. I don’t regret publishing it myself but…
