@vueling waiting at CDG for VY8772, departure board says on time, have email saying delayed. No staff knows what’s going on. I need to get back to London this evening. Disgraceful.
@vueling@vueling appreciate the response but that is same info we have been receiving for last 3 hours. You have given us food so obviously know it’s more than 2 hours delayed, can you not provide anymore clarity?

@British_Airways flew on BA2271 from LGW to YYZ on Friday, didn't get bags due to high winds. Almost 48 HOURS later and no communication from BA, I have no clothes and my holiday is in the process of being ruined. Unacceptable and disgraceful way to treat customers.
