Hey #Station19 fans. It’s been a year since my interview with @D_SAVRE. I think it’s time to have her back on my podcast, “I’ve Never Said This Before,” because we have so much catching up to do. What questions do you have for her for our recording this week? And I just may have to drop this episode next Tuesday ahead of her latest project. 😎 #DanielleSavre @Station19

📢Happy to announce that #ReefBudget has a little sister. Happy Birthday #SedBudget 🥳🎈 (this deserves a cake) The survey-based SedBudget method estimates the amount, composition and grain sizes of sediment produced on a coral reef 🪸 (1/6) Publication: tinyurl.com/bdcpvpaj

First entry for #BSGPC22 @BSG_Geomorph @BSG_Postgrads: Cayo Paloma, a reef island in Caoys Cochinos, Honduras. Built entirely from coral reef sediment, this is tropical coastal geomorphology at its best! 🪸🏝️

Second entry for #BSGPC22 @BSG_Geomorph @BSG_Postgrads: Hooker Valley Track, Mount Cook National Park, New Zealand. Staring straight up to the debris fan and channel, and debris choked river channel at the bottom - the scale was immense

@AntarcticGlacie @Becky_McCerery So important that everyone knows the options available to them, the conditions they’ll be working in and feels happy and comfortable within the fieldwork team environment.

@AntarcticGlacie @Becky_McCerery THANK YOU! Such a vital topic that needs to be talked about more. I made a point of having open discussions re. this with students on recent remote/water-based fieldwork. Can’t stress the importance of having these conversations both before and during the field season! 🤩🙏
