@AntarcticGlacie @Becky_McCerery THANK YOU! Such a vital topic that needs to be talked about more. I made a point of having open discussions re. this with students on recent remote/water-based fieldwork. Can’t stress the importance of having these conversations both before and during the field season! 🤩🙏
