Please ban these accounts. We have reported them multiple times, yet they remain active. They use Telegram links in their profiles to peddle videos showing severe animal abuse, including the cats abuse and dog abuse.They must be banned.

I just heard on Xiaohongshu about a lawyer in China who tortured and killed 4,000 cats over the course of three years—I’ve seen videos of such abuse against cats and dogs, yet to this day, we remain completely powerless to deal with people like that.
