@GMB the FA need to take a leaf out of the RFU book, I have 3 kids, 2 playbrugby, 1 plays football. We cannot abide the football sidelines so never watch my son which is so sad yet the rugby is completely different and parents embrace the TREDS ethos.

@Barclays do you actually employ any humans? I have been trying for over 3 hours now to get some help via phone and the mobile app chat and so far nothing has been achieved!

@BarclaysUKHelp I need help with video banking to set an account up for my son but noone appears able to help me get the video app working. Phoning doesn't put me through to a human and the chat facility is beyond useless. I just want a human to phone me and sort it!
